About Wellness Essentials

My name is Adam Jacques, I have over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, I coach international athletes and create world champions as well as being a professional bodybuilder and placing 2nd and 3rd in the international Musclemania Miami and Las Vegas bodybuilding and fitness competitions. I also have over 7 years’ experience in psychology. With these two complimenting areas of expertise, I decided to launch my first blog, Wellness Essentials. Wellness Essentials was essentially designed to encourage a healthier lifestyle, focusing on what I consider to be the 3 most important areas of well-being.

Those 3 areas are Fitness, Nutrition and Wellness. Fitness includes anything from going for a walk in the park to going mountain climbing or working out in a gym to becoming a bodybuilder, basically anything that contributes to a fitter lifestyle. Nutrition, well kind of self-explanatory, although maybe not. Blogs on nutrition will be anything from, advice on dieting, healthy eating, expert advice from nutritionists around the world, recipes and more. Finally, wellness,  a huge area, blogs will range from advice on different types of therapies such as massages, Bowen technique, physiotherapy, to blogs on self-development, relationship advice, and work advice.
